The unique design of the Oxbow Bender allows coaches to show pitchers the proper grip, spin, and release for a fastball, curveball, slider, and change-up. It helps pitchers visualize their pitches and better understand how the spin and orientation of the spin axis effect the movment of the baseball during its flight to the plate. Pitchers can think about their pitches and practice them anywhere without the arm strain of actual throwing.

The Oxbow Bender uses an engineered axle and bearing to attach a precision-drilled baseball to a branded hardwood handle so that the ball can spin freely thus allowing players to see and feel how different pitches are thrown.

Each Oxbow Bender is handmade from the highest-quality components: hardwood handle (ash or maple) with leather hanging strap, premium baseball, heavy-duty nylon bearing, and a stainless steel axle.
